RAJESH KUMAR – MANAGING DIRECTOR

At the age of 34 years, Mr. Rajesh Kumar has acquired phenomenal experience in the field of Construction, Acquisition, Planning & Management.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar has 150 CR real estate projects to his credit, which he accomplished in a record time of 36 months. The Landmark Group Housing Project of J & K, “Safa Valley” by 8 Boundaries Builders Pvt. Ltd is a reality today under the Directorship of Mr. Rajesh Kumar. It is a well-known regional project and speaks volume about his capability of planning, acquisition of funds, procurement, execution, robust marketing and sheer delivery beyond the expectations of the client.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar made a modest start in late 90’s, as a distributor of FMCG products in the local market. He multiplied the turnover in a short span and soon realised his potential to graduate as an independent enterprise and started as a Govt. Contractor. In a brief stint of 10 years, Mr. Rajesh Kumar acquired and successfully completed the project on Roads, Bridges, Mobile Towers. Few prominent projects are PMGSY, R & B, Gammon India, Bharti Infratel, Ericsson India etc. (Govt. & Private Construction Agencies). Mr. Rajesh Kumar has more than 500 kms road construction to his credit & has acquired state of Art Machinery, expert & qualified human resource operating from state-of-art office and respective sites.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar believes in global standards of work & quality, hence has acquired technology at workplace & respective sites for planning, procurement, execution and financial management along with skilled human resource.
